Move it -Move it – Move it -it is fun!

Every day for every hour you sit move at least 5 minutes doing something you enjoy

dance to your favorite music, Cellercising , walk, yoga, run, swim, stretch, play sports, do martial arts,

Any exercise(s) that gets your circulation moving and decreases your opportunity to sit or drive and snack works. Get outside, move and deep breathe.

Cellercising can combine total movement and stretching and limbering up your muscles, ligaments and joints like no other. Why, because when you come down from the upward thrust the G force causes all the cells of your body to wake up and function in a more normal way-come to the movement party so to speak.
